A Shareholder Member may elect to purchase an Individual Lifetime Membership (ILM) for a one-time dues payment of Twelve Thousand Dollars    ( $12,000 ) or a Family Lifetime Membership ( FLM ) pay a one-time dues payment of Sixteen Thousand Dollars ( $16,000 ).  Lifetime Memberships (LM) must maintain their Shareholder status in order for the LM to remain in  effect.  No refunds of lifetime dues payments will be given for any reason.

LM's are exempt for all Special Assessment and Project Fees for Seven ( 7 ) Years .

LM's may not be bequeathed or otherwise transferred.

So long as the individual LM is in good standing with the Club, an Individual LM shall remain in effect until the members's death or resignation from the Club.    An Individual LM may exercise a one-time option to Upgrade to a Lifetime Family Membership for a payment of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ( $4,500 ).

Applications for family LM's shall be made in the  names of the Shareholder and the Legal Spouse .  Family LM benefits shall extend to both the Shareholder and Spouse name in the application, unmarried children under the age  of 18 living a home   , unmarried children under the age of 23 who are full-time college students.

So long as the Shareholder is in good standing with the Club  , the Family  LM shall remain in effect until the death of the last to die of the Share holding LM and the Spouse named in the Application or upon resignation  from the Club.

REASONS for Purchasing A Lifetime Membership

1.  You will be through with paying yearly dues and never need to worry about any annual dues increases.  You will not be subject to project fees  or special assessments for seven years.  The younger you are, the more this option should appeal to you.

2.  You can finance your lifetime membership through a home equity loan where interest paid is tax deductible, unlike interest on credit cards.  In addition,  inflationary pressures in the economy work on your behalf because your purchase has a fixed price paid with "future" dollars (since you know that money paying off a loan in later years has less value! )
